patwadi curry


    1. 1 tsp oil
    2. 1 big size onion thinly sliced
    3. 4 cloves of garlic
    4. 1 tsp of cumin seeds
    5. 1 tbsp Coconut Powder
    6. 2 Finely chopped tomatoes
    7. 1 tsp Coriander powder
    8. 1 tsp Garam Masala
    9. 1 tbsp of deggi mirch powder


    1. Heat up 1tsp oil in the pan and then add cumin seeds and garlic. Cook this on medium to high heat till onion gets light brown color
    2. Add some coconut powder in it and continue to cook for 5~6 minutes
    3. Turn the heat off and wait till the time masala gets cooled down.
    4. Then add some finely chopped tomatoes into mixer. Then add coriander powder, garam masala, onion masala and water and grind it to make it smooth paste
    5. Heat up 1 tsp oil in the pan and add masala paste and give it a mix.
    6. Then cook this masala for 5~6 minutes on medium-high heat.
    7. Add 1 tbsp of deggi mirch powder and cook it for another 5 minutes till oil starts to get separated.
    8. Add some water and salt and mix it properly
    9. Simmer this to medium to high heat for 10 minutes
    10. Your Curry is ready now.
