Pepper Chicken Dry


  1. Chopped chicken 1 kg
  2. Oil 2 Tbsp
  3. Crushed Pepper 2 tsp
  4. Green Chilli 1
  5. Onions 1
  6. Curry Leaves 3-4
  7. Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt 1 tsp


  1. Marinate chicken with crushed pepper, turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Keep aside for half an hour.
  3. In a wok, add 2 tsp cooking oil, chopped onion and fry for a while.
  4. Add sliced green chilli, curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste, Stir for about a minute.
  5. Add marinated chicken and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with bread or rice.
