- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1/4 cup Yogurt
- Salt to Taste
- 4 tsp finely chopped Onion
- 2 tsp finely chopped Coriander leaves
- Take rice flour in a deep bowl, add yogurt, salt to taste and mix well.
- Add water, mix and make a thin batter. Add onion and coriander leaves.
- Heat skillet on medium to high heat. Pour a tsp of oil and spread it over skillet.
- Pour batter and roast till it gets nice golden color.
- Serve with sauce, chutney
